1. What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
We use a variety of high-quality materials to create our jewelry, including 14k and 18k gold, rose gold, and semi-precious stones. Each product's description will include details about the materials used.
2. How do I determine my ring size?
To find your ring size, we recommend using our "How to Find your Ring Size Guide" under Customer Service or you can always come visit us.
3. Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes! We specialize in custom jewelry, including personalized engraving and custom designs. If you have a specific idea or design in mind, please reach out to us with your vision, and we'll work with you to create something truly special.
4. How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend:
- Storing pieces in a dry, cool place (preferably in the box or pouch we provide).
- Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions.
- Gently polishing jewelry with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
- For pieces with gemstones, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
5. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer free gift wrapping with all orders. Your jewelry will be beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. If you'd like to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After that, we may not be able to accommodate changes, but we will do our best to help.
7. What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day exchange policy for undamaged items in their original condition. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate the exchange process.
Please note: Customized or engraved jewelry is not eligible for return unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.

9. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

10. What if my jewelry is damaged or defective?
We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work with you to repair the item.
11. Do you buy gold?
Yes, we do buy gold. Bring your items to the store and we can help determine the best price for you.
12. Do you fix watches?
Yes, we work with a partner to repair watches. However, we do change watch batteries on site for most watches.
13. Why can't I order more than one product?
Since we tend to customize a lot of our jewelry, we have limited quantities. This doesn't mean we can't produce more but we would ask you to contact us so we can do that for you!
